Does Duncan Maxwell do custom designs?

While we don't do full custom work like making a new silhouette we can make unique customizations in color/hardware. With this there is an added cost, if you are interested please contact us through email or phone.

What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Merchandise in perfect saleable condition with original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Orders may take 24 to 72 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped

Does Duncan Maxwell have a warranty?

We have a warranty on all our purses, belts, and luxury goods for 10 years. Warranty excludes general wear and tear.

About Delivery

Delivery times vary between 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes bags may be delayed if there is an issue with production and ordering.
