While we don't do full custom work like making a new silhouette we can make unique customizations in color/hardware. With this there is an added cost, if you are interested please contact us through email or phone.

Merchandise in perfect saleable condition with original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.

Orders may take 24 to 72 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped

We have a warranty on all our purses, belts, and luxury goods for 5 years. Warranty excludes general wear and tear.

Delivery times vary between 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes bags may be delayed if we don't have the leather in stock, in which case we will contact you.
