Our Leathers

This is our waxy pull-up leather, a cowhide that is naturally tanned in one of the most prestigious tanneries in Tuscany, Italy. The process takes around 1 month to complete and creates a buttery feeling leather that has a two tone effect and a very unique texture from the all the wax and oils. This leather will also build a patina and get more shiny and conditioned from the oils of the natural environment.

We mostly use this leather in our bags. There is basically no finish on this leather so it will be more delicate and prone to indentations and scratches, which is part of the leathers personality and many of these can be rubbed away with some friction of your finger. This is most likely our strongest and best smelling leather which is truly delicious.

Our pebbled leather is our most durable leather, a completely natural tanned cowhide from one of the most prestigious tanneries in Tuscany, Italy. The tanning process takes around a month to complete. The leather is embossed with heat creating a pebbled texture that is extremely resistant to scratches, dents and its environment. Some of the pebbled colors also have a two tone effect.

This leather gets used in bags and our wallets, the leather has a firmer quality to it compared to some of our other leathers, hence why we don’t use it on slouchy bags.

Our Silky leather is a variation of our pebbled leather from the same prestigious tannery in Tuscany, Italy. Completely natural tanned cowhide in a process that takes 1 month. This leather has a minimal finish and it sits in between our Waxy and Pebbled leather in terms of delicacy.

The beauty of this leather is the silky smooth finish, as it ages and gets used the natural oils from its environment gets absorbed giving it a beautiful luster. This leather has a firmer temper making is perfect for wallets and some bags.
